Everyone has their different strengths, and ours compliment each other's well.  Derek's marketing and video production skills bring homes to life to give our clients an edge.  His attention to detail and knowledge of real estate contracts allows us to get creative in Austin's tight real estate market.  Katie is about as Austin as it gets - born and raised here and has had her license since she was 19!  She's seen a complete cycle of the Austin market and she just gets what works here, with buyers AND sellers.
